Cleanup after a death, accident, or trauma
If you are reading this because something happened at a property and someone told you the cleanup is your responsibility, we are sorry. That is a hard thing to be handed.
You do not have to go back in. You do not have to look at it. You do not have to figure out what is safe to touch or where any of it goes. That is the whole reason we exist.
What we do
We remove and dispose of all affected material, clean and disinfect the area, and return the space to a condition where the property can be used again.
Anything contaminated is handled and removed through a contracted licensed medical waste service. It does not go into a dumpster or a landfill. That matters both legally and for anyone who lives there afterward.
Discretion
We do not put anything on the truck or on our clothing that tells your neighbors what happened. We do not post about this work. We do not discuss your property with anyone.
You do not have to be the one dealing with us
We can coordinate directly with a funeral home, a property manager, an insurance adjuster, or whichever family member is best placed to handle it. If you need to hand this off to someone else entirely and step back, tell us who and we will take it from there.
Cost and insurance
Every situation is different, so we price after we see the property. The assessment is free.
Homeowners insurance often covers this type of cleanup. If you are making a claim we will document everything the adjuster needs and work with them directly.
